The EO-150 ventilator is a life support mechanical ventilator that provides continuous or intermittent ventilation support for ventilator-dependent and non-dependent patients. It offers both pressure and volume ventilation modes for adult and pediatric patients.
The EO-150 is intended for use by pediatric and adult patients weighing at least 3.5kg (8lbs). The operators of the device can be the patient and/or caregivers, clinicians (doctors, nurses, physiotherapists), and service personnel (installers, maintenance technicians).
The EO-150 is intended for use in home, institutional, hospital, portable, and mobility environments such as in a car, train, or airplane. It is not for use in a helicopter or for emergency transport.
Yes, the EO-150 is designed for portability. When the ventilator is operating, you should only use the Nomad or Travel bags that are recommended in the instructions for use to avoid undesirable performance. The device is also compatible with external power sources like the Battery Pack (EO-BAT9), which is strongly recommended for ventilator-dependent patients while in mobility.
