Data Management

Successful data transfer requires specific USB stick specifications and adherence to a precise export sequence.

1. USB Stick Requirements (Troubleshooting Common Issues):
Problems related to data download are often caused by an incompatible USB stick. Ensure your USB stick meets these critical specifications:

  • Format: Must be formatted as FAT32.
  • Capacity: 32 GB maximum size.
  • Speed: Class 10 minimum speed rating.
  • Partitions: Must have only 1 partition.

2. Data Export Procedure:

  • Go to the “Export Data” menu.
  • Depending on the EOZ files available, generate a new file if necessary.
  • Press the Validate button and wait for the file generation (download) to finish.

3. Transfer to USB:

  • Close the resulting pop-up window.
  • Press the “Export to USB” button, and then press Validate.
  • Wait until the data transfer to the USB stick is complete.

4. Final Retrieval:

  • Close the final pop-up and safely disconnect the USB stick.
  • Connect the USB stick to your computer and retrieve the EOZ files by importing the data in the EOVE Clinical Software.
