Data Management
Successful data transfer requires specific USB stick specifications and adherence to a precise export sequence.
1. USB Stick Requirements (Troubleshooting Common Issues):
Problems related to data download are often caused by an incompatible USB stick. Ensure your USB stick meets these critical specifications:
- Format: Must be formatted as FAT32.
- Capacity: 32 GB maximum size.
- Speed: Class 10 minimum speed rating.
- Partitions: Must have only 1 partition.
2. Data Export Procedure:
- Go to the “Export Data” menu.
- Depending on the EOZ files available, generate a new file if necessary.
- Press the Validate button and wait for the file generation (download) to finish.
3. Transfer to USB:
- Close the resulting pop-up window.
- Press the “Export to USB” button, and then press Validate.
- Wait until the data transfer to the USB stick is complete.
4. Final Retrieval:
- Close the final pop-up and safely disconnect the USB stick.
- Connect the USB stick to your computer and retrieve the EOZ files by importing the data in the EOVE Clinical Software.
