The internal battery life can vary based on environmental conditions, battery age, device settings, and circuit configuration. The ventilation module's internal battery operates for approximately 5 hours (+/-10%) under specific adult patient configurations . When used with a docking station, the operating time may be reduced by 20% to 30%. The device's display will show the remaining autonomy.

The internal battery charges automatically when the device is connected to mains power, even when it's operating or in standby mode. A full charge from empty takes approximately 6 hours, regardless of whether the ventilator is running or not. The battery may not charge if it is already above 95% capacity.
